Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase date (for in-store purchases)
Return Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved:
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days
If the return does not meet our conditions, it may be declined and returned to you.
Return Shipping:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exception:
If the item is defected or incorrect, House of Horizon will cover both the original and return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges:
To request an exchange, please contact us via Email or Phone/Whatsapp
Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed due to the limited nature of our collections.
 
Processing Times:
  • Refunds: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: delivery times vary depending on location- refer to our shipping policy for more information.
     
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund
  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
  3. Contact your bank

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked as Final Sale
     
Important Notes:
  • Until your return is received by us, it remains your responsibility
  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
  • House of Horizon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
