All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our atelier.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (customs, holidays, courier delays).
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. House of Horizon is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
Below are the shipping terms for in-stock items. Pre-orders and special orders are calculated separately.
1. Israel
Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Shipping method: Courier delivery to your door, or pickup
Cost: Calculated at checkout — free above 800 ILS
Orders are delivered Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays.
2. Europe
Delivery time: 10–14 business days
Shipping method: International courier (tracked)
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Customs & duties: Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. United States & Canada
Delivery time: 10–14 business days
Shipping method: International courier (tracked)
Cost: Calculated at checkout

4. Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services or force majeure events.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
5. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability (no one to receive the package), additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
